VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! I Had insurance there with eric for over a year been trying to contact him about raising my insurance all of sudden when i didn’t make my payment on time i randomly get a message asking about my payment as i explained i been trying to get ahold of someone for a year and i found it upsetting they only reach out for my money the lady responded LOL! i didnt find it funny for a customer service agent this sad and very unprofessional well fast forward she calls me again and asks me about my payment i did forget to pay i am a loan officer for the state of Indiana so i was very busy i explained what i was doing and how i was actively looking for a new agent and how i didnt want HER to keep contacting me due to her being crazy unprofessional Well apparently to this letter came in my mail calming i wanted to cancel my insurance policy thank god i record my call’s because she is def going to hate this and if she has been working there for 5 years its crazy sad she doesn’t know how to approach a unsatisfied customer!
