"I highly recommend State Farm and Eric Gunther if you are looking for insurance! I recently moved from Michigan to Indiana and have been with State Farm over 30 years. I advised my agent in MI that I was moving and he wasn’t licensed in the state of IN, so he gave me a couple of Agent’s name/number that I could contact. A couple days passed and I received a phone call from Eric Gunther offering to assist me with the change to IN. This was a pleasant surprise! I worked with Eric/Iva and they had everything changed over within a few minutes and provided proof of insurance same day. Wow, super fast and I was saving almost $100/month! Today I received a text that my auto payment was declined, what? No reason, funds are available! I called Eric and he confirmed. Then I remembered that the card I was using was replaced due to fraudulent transactions, so I have a new card number. Eric immediately changed my payment information and waived the $20 return fee. I’m am extremely happy with the service and responsiveness from Eric and his team (Iva/Jess)."
